BOOKINGS ARE CONFIRMED WITH 50% PAYABLE UPFRONT, BALANCE IS PAYABLE 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. IF THE BOOKING IS

CANCELLED WITHIN 1 WEEK / 7 DAYS OF THE EVENT 50% PAYMENT IS RETAINED.
